Hello.
The width of the cervical canal is 4mm, which is suggestive of minimal dilatation of endocervical canal.
However the cervix undergoes changes in length and width during pregnancy, so I would like to keep a watch on the cervix on ultrasound.

A dilatation of the cervical canal (fills with fluid) especially in the second or third trimester is considered a predictor for a preterm delivery. With a history of leaking fluid, You need to take the supportive medication prescribed to you. Also take complete rest & avoid physical activity.

Please talk to your doctor about a followup visit.
Hope this is helpful.
Take care.
